About Adam Christopher Moorhead – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network RealtyAdam Christopher Moorhead is a licensed real estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, serving Jacksonville, Florida, and surrounding Northeast Florida communities. A lifelong Jacksonville native, Adam offers clients firsthand knowledge of local neighborhoods, property values, and market conditions shaped by years of experience in the region. Adam is known for a hands-on approach that includes walking properties, touring homes, and analyzing neighborhood-level data. His combination of local insight, valuation experience, and residential focus allows him to guide clients through informed real estate decisions in one of North Florida’s most competitive markets.
What differentiates you from the competition?Education, life experience, company support/brand, and timely communication.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Global alignment with Berkshire Hathaway brand and the tools and support we have.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Local experience, education, and expertise combined with a premier network and single agency commitment allow for a smoother transaction. We are not perfect, but we are premier.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Earning trust from homeowners who want to sell their home or estate.

How is the current market affecting buying and selling trends? Depends on the neighborhood and the price point. I have personally recently been working with more buyers than sellers, but homes are still being built and listed for sale. Housing is still in demand. Homes in my neighborhood at average price points are sitting for several months for sale as some sellers are asking above market values.

What technologies are transforming the real estate experience? Zillow and Realtor.com relay much information to consumers. AI is making it easier to get answers to housing questions as well as opinions of valuations. Trends and data are more readily available through AI platforms.

How do you stay competitive in such a dynamic industry? Plenty of land and homes to sell. Plenty of deals to make. Patience and consistency are some of my values. Living a balanced life and being grateful for every minute of every day is also my mindset.

What’s your approach to building long-term client relationships? Asking for feedback, communicating early and accurately, and being transparent.

How do you navigate challenges like interest rate fluctuations? I let the lenders do the talking to the client about how much home they can afford, then I make the dream of home ownership a reality through touring opportunities. Ultimately, they need to feel comfortable with the numbers and the product.

What makes a property stand out to buyers today? Price, newness, functionality, and location, aesthetics. It is also about the neighborhood.

What advice would you give first-time homebuyers or investors? Ask questions of your agent. Go slow. Read relocation guides. Understand how much value an agent can bring to the smoothness and the success of the purchase.
