We combine education, credit coaching, and down payment assistance options to meet people where they are, and walk with them all the way to the closing table.
What differentiates you from the competition?This is our passion. We would make it a not-for-profit if we could sustain it. We've structured all of our help so that the Buyer does not have to pay for it. We only get paid if we are successful in helping them get into a home.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?We are here for the Buyers that everyone else doesn't want. The ones that have challenges and may not be able to succeed. We let them borrow our belief in their situation so that we can build them up.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?You CAN Buy a home. There is no lost cause. You're not too Young. You're not too Old. You're credit isn't too bad. You have enough saved up. Whatever barrier that you THINK is in your way, doesn't exist. We can help... We WILL help.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?We are a grass roots organization with limited startup capital. So the biggest challenge will actually just be getting people to pick up the phone. Clearly hosing prices will also be challenging but, those are lag measures to our success.

What technologies are transforming the real estate experience?AI.. But, that is the lazy answer. The real answer is how we are making sure that we stay connected with out clients while using AI to help us make more time to build real relationships.

How do you stay competitive in such a dynamic industry?You focus on what you are most passionate about…

What’s your approach to building long-term client relationships?Do a great job. Help them achieve their dreams. Communicate often. And treat them like Jesus would.

How do you navigate challenges like interest rate fluctuations?In the end… the payment is all that matters. So, if we focus on making sure the Buyer has the correct knowledge of what their real payment will be and how that effects their budget, then we’ve done our job. TBH there are too many myths about interests rates and the effects. Just focus on helping your customer get the best deal they can get within their budget.

What advice would you give first-time homebuyers or investors?FTB’s: You can do it! We have 3 children that live in the homes that they bought in their early 20’s. There is a ton of help out there. Were you aware that downtown Jacksonville qualifies for more than 30 Down payment assistance programs?
