What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Managing the spirit of the Realtor partners, with the challenges of the market, making sure our Realtor Partners are motivated and educated is top priority.

How is the current market affecting buying and selling trends? Challenging for buyers due to higher interest rates and higher cost of homes.
For seller’s it is a buyers market (more inventory) strategically pricing the home.

How do you navigate challenges like interest rate fluctuations?Understanding the value proposition: what does the rate mean in actual dollars today vs tomorrow. Effectively using buy downs and concessions in the home selling process.

What makes a property stand out to buyers today?VALUE!! price and concessions….if the seller is offering $10k towards closing costs or interest rate buy-down, it will be received as a better value to the buyers.

What advice would you give first-time homebuyers or investors?Everday is good day to buy a home…providing it fits your budget and show future value for you. Waiting can result in opportunity lost. Don’t be the one saying “ IF only I had bought last year….”
